Getting Over Writer's Block

It's Monday!

I'm currently working on a few projects. I'm super anxious about my upcoming projects. After having some trouble with the dreadful WRITER'S BLOCK, I have finally found my Mojo.

Writer's block can be so difficult when you know you want to write, but can't seem to get anything down that makes a difference. Or you write and hate everything you put down. Since I don't plot out my work completely with outlines, it can be hard to recover from writer's block.

Ways I push through it:

I try to work on something else(which is why I have about a dozen titles I've started and haven't finished).

I also step away from writing all together and work on other things. I take that time to work on my swag or do things around the house.

One thing I find helpful, is to return to the beginning and reevaluate the story. Sometimes going back and reading the story over helps me figure out where I might have gone wrong.

Most importantly, I try hard not to let it get me down; although sometimes that's easier said than done.

But I'm currently working on some rewrites and continuations of some previously published works. The one that I'm mostly excited about is, My Roommate's Girl Book Two with the talented J.J. Marstead. We worked so well together in book one, we decided to do it again. Book two, we feel is packed full of drama and love triangles.
